Wedding Guide
CONFIRMATION
Your event is considered confirmed upon receipt of your signed contract
and deposit in the amount of 25% of the estimated total charges
of your event. This deposit is non-refundable.
ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS
Please contact our Special Events Coordinator for any room reservations that may be needed.
MUSIC
A preferred list of musicians is available. The Resort must approve all entertainment.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs are welcomed at the Resort, but are limited to the site(s) reserved for your event. A preferred list of photographers who are familiar with the Resort's property is available.
SITE FEES
Otero Lawn - $2,000 includes the complimentary Otero Suite, Otero Hacienda and the Otero Lawn overlooking the Santa Rita Mountains.
APACHE BALLROOM
Receptions and dinners take place in our spectacular Apache Ballroom. Apache is highlighted by an open beam ceiling, fireplace, and surrounded by a 4500 square foot deck looking over the island 18th green. Events from 50 to 225 experience the very finest the area has to offer.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
All food and beverage served must be provided by Tubac Golf Resort and Spa. Your Special Events Coordinator will assist you in the event of special dietary food requests. Tubac Golf Resort and Spa is licensed to sell and serve liquor for consumption. By law, alcoholic beverages must be purchased from a distributor licensed by the State of Arizona. No other alcoholic beverage may be brought to or distributed on Tubac Golf Resort and Spa property.
GUARANTEES
Your Special Events Coordinator needs the exact number of people attending your function five days prior to the event. You will be charged for this number, or the number that attends, whichever is greater.
LINENS
Tubac Golf Resort and Spa's selection of white cloth napkins and white tablecloths are included in your menu pricing. We can accommodate other requests for linens/chair covers at an additional fee. Arrangements may be made through your Special Events Coordinator.
SET-UP INFORMATION
Set-ups and removal of equipment, displays or decorations must be coordinated and approved by the Special Events Coordinator. We can make arrangements for centerpieces and other decorations at an additional fee.
