body. During the treatment your therapist will place Chakra stones on your energy pathway
to vitalize the interactions of both your physical and mental nature. This massage improves

Deep-Muscle Massage
A deep-muscle massage targets those overworked areas we carry with us every day and

Your massage begins with an application of assorted heat packs to the back
and legs to provide penetrating heat to your problem areas. Then your
therapist will use a combination of massage techniques and stretches
to release muscle tension. This massage will release toxins, relieve stress

Reiki
This ancient healing art is a non-touch massage. This treatment consists of focused attention
and stationary hand positions either on or above the body, to release blocked energy and
direct it where it’s needed to relieve pain and restore vitality. The benefits of this work are total

Reflexology
This treatment helps to balance the entire body’s Chi by using pressure points in the feet and
hands. The therapist will work the physical aspect of your feet, while stimulating your energetic
points that correspond to your other body parts and organs. Warm compresses are applied to
the feet and hands.
