As part of its $40 million restoration, the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa has expanded its meeting and event facilities to better accommodate its guests' needs. A popular destination for corporate and social events, Tubac's event-friendly grounds are unsurpassed in delivering world class customer satisfaction.

Planning a business or social event can be daunting. Our catering professionals understand your trepidation and can help you with the logistics. For your event, the Tubac's event staff can provide signage, audio/visual capabilities and special décor; guests are invited to use our on-site business center for any last minute arrangements. For weddings and other social events, we can help book live entertainment, and assist you with general preparations.

OTERO HOUSE

The Otero House, former residence of the original owners in the late 1700's, has been restored and transformed into a world-class space for business and social events. It has been refurbished and converted into two spacious conference rooms, with audio/visual technology, high-speed internet and video conferencing capabilities. With space to accommodate up to 60 people (with room for more if exterior patio space is utilized), meals can be served on the premises or in an adjoining dining room.

Overnight quarters are available for group leaders/managers or families. The Otero has a spacious living room, bedroom and den.

GERONIMO CONFERENCE CENTER

The new Geronimo Conference Center is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, multimedia meeting facility with 7,000 square feet of conference/banquet space and a capacity of up to 300 guests/attendees, reception-style (225 banquet-style). The meeting rooms can be configured in several ways to meet your specific gathering’s needs. The facility is fully audio-visual compatible, and is wired for high-speed internet and video conferencing. The Geronimo Conference Center is perfect for business events, conferences, weddings, retreats and and banquets.

With its open-beam ceiling and stone fireplace, the conference center has a classic "lodge" feel that is intimate, yet spacious. By including the additional exterior space of the "Geronimo Deck," conference capacity can be greatly expanded and give your attendees a breathtaking view of our resort's signature 9th hole.

The Apache Private room, located next to Stable’s Restaurant, offers another meeting space choice. The intimate room can seat 30 guests comfortably.
