Geronimo Conference Center
The Geronimo Conference Center is an exceptional facility measuring 2,700 square feet and accommodating up to 300 guests and is complete with high-speed Internet and video conferencing capabilities. Meeting planners requiring more than one meeting set will find the flexibility of the Geronimo Ballroom beneficial as it is divisible by two and features optional outdoor covered seating for breaks and receptions. Decorated in a classic lodge motif with stone fireplace, open-beamed ceilings and a full wall of windows (with optional blackout draperies) the Geronimo Ballroom has fabulous views of golf courses and Santa Rita Mountain range.

Geronimo Deck
The Geronimo Ballroom’s main doors open up onto a 4,500 square foot patio. This all-weather covered exterior space can accommodate an additional 400 guests and can be climate controlled with heaters, fans, and curtains. Guests mingling outside will enjoy an incredible view of Tubac’s signature par-three ninth hole and its beautiful island green, which as the day fades will be set against a gorgeous mountain sunset.

Apache Private & Apache Patio
Our Apache Private Room is located next to Stable’s Restaurant and offers a versatile and intimate meeting space. Measuring 608 square feet and accommodating up to 30 guests, Apache Private also features a covered patio for alfresco cocktails and dining.

The tack room
The Tack Room is an elegant, exclusive and very private facility. Measuring 586 square feet and accommodating up to 30 guests, this room is ideal for intimate dinners, break out rooms and board meetings.

Otero Boardroom
The Otero Boardroom is the perfect place to host an Executive Board of Directors Meeting or a small business meeting. Measuring 1,172 square feet with high-speed Internet, audio-visual and video conferencing capabilities, Otero House features two meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 60 guests. In addition, the surrounding Otero lawn can accommodate up to 300 and will allow your guests to take in our lush golf courses and stunning mountain landscapes.

Mission BallRoom (1700's replica)
This new and exquisite venue measures 3,000 square feet. It will accommodate up to 225 guests theater style, 100 guests banquet style and 110 guests classroom style. Whether used for a meeting or an awards presentation and banquet this venue is sure to make a grand impression.
