Stables
Stables Restaurant is home to world class dining with a spectacular view of the new island green on the 18th hole of Tubac's championship golf course. The adobe walls, rock floors and hand-hewn beams are warmed by the brilliant glow from the large central fireplace.
Executive Chef Stephanie Leonard's menu at Stables offers familiar favorites with a Southwest touch. Sample from her mouthwatering breakfast menu, featuring Frangelico French Toast and Shrimp & Spinach Omelet. Luncheon selections include Chipotle Spiked Caesar Salad and Apache Ciabatta Club Sandwich, while the dinner menu features Bacon-wrapped Filet Au Poivre and Corn Husk Halibut en Papillote.

Becky Reyes is a powerful vocalist, skilled guitarist, and engaging performer. Her extensive repertoire and her captivating rapport with audiences give her the ability to tailor each performance for a truly enjoyable experience. Becky's husband, Scott Muhleman, is a talented blues harpman and adds depth and energy to the show. Dos Silos
Providing the finest in Mexican cooking in a stylish
and inviting setting is Tubac’s newest eatery, Dos Silos, located
at the resort's center. Dos Silos was named in tribute to
two retired grain silos that were on the resort grounds.
Executive Chef Stephanie Leonard offers exquisite entrées including
Chile Relleno de Queso, a cheese-filled poblano chile with roasted
tomato salsa, or Atlantic Salmon Veracruzana, a seared Atlantic
salmon filet with bell peppers, capers, green olives and herbs.
For dessert, try the Kahlua & Chocolate
Flan. Dos Silos is well-known for its potent margaritas
and large selection of Mexican and American beers.
La Cantina
Dine al fresco at La Cantina, our third restaurant, which offers Southwest cuisine served outdoors overlooking our picturesque golf course. Located at our Pro Shop, La Cantina is the perfect place to grab a quick bite before teeing off. Whether a snack, full breakfast or lunch, La Cantina provides a quality dining experience for those in a hurry.
